60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
